  • You have the right to follow up within a maximum of 10 business days from the date of submitting the complaint.
  • We are committed to processing your complaint and responding to you within 30 business days from the date of confirmation of its receipt.
  • If you are not satisfied with the response, you have the right to submit a complaint to the Financial Consumer Protection Unit at the Central Bank of Jordan by calling 0096264630301 ext. 1515 / 1113, or pursue legal action.
